Hypohydrocodonemia: noun: condition characterized by a lack of narcotic pain reliever norco (acetaminophen and hydrocodone) in the system.

These motherfuckers in my ED can spend four hours on WebMD convincing themselves they have Legionnaires' disease, but won't read plain English discharge instructions because they lack a Norco prescription leading to hypohydrocodonemia.
