Hoopsiloceraptor 

The almagamation of a velociraptor and a Hooper (generally either Mike J. Hanson, or Mr. Hooper from Sesame Street). This creature is often drunk, and likes to fly airplanes.

"Did you SEE how much that Hoopsiloceraptor drank while he was piloting our plane?!"
