Fattenfreude 

Variation of schadenfreude. Pleasure derived from discovering a friend, acquaintance, relative, classmate, celebrity, etc. has put on a considerable amount of weight. This is especially satisfying when the person in question is a former skinny bitch.

I couldn't help but feel fattenfreude over the recent tabloid pics of a bloated K-fed clutching pommes frites in both fists.

Tattenfreude 

That exquisite pleasure of seeing someone with God awful tattoos and having the sure knowledge that when they get buyers remorse they'll have to go through more pain and money than they did in the first place.

I had huge tattenfreude when I saw this dude walking gown the street covered in hideous tattoos looking for a cheap plastic surgeon the other day.
