Someone (usually a male) with a Ph.D. that finds balls in his mouth after doing something dishonourable.

Phil: "Did you hear that Colin, that doctor that everyone used to like, is getting a girlfriend?"

Seth: "Yeah, that sucks. We'll probably never see him after that. I bet he'll cheat on her on the reg too."

Phil: "What a bitch. Let's teabag that Dr. Ballsmouth."
