Brazilian angel 

Brazilian angel is a slang/code word to describe a someone who is generally very stupid, young, ditzy, and usually self-obsessed and slutty looking, taking lots of pictures of themselves. Often with a Twilight fixation (fangirl). Also can be described as "poser" or "scene". This is the female form of "budgie tom".

"Nikki used to be tolerable until she turned into such a fucking Brazilian angel"

Lauren looked like such a Brazilian angel when she died her hair pink and black and OD'd on eyeliner.
