named after a person, the "nobody" effect is when someone is talking about nothing related to the conversation, continuing until they either get mad that everyone else wont listen or just stop talking after 45 minutes
can be a subtile way to say someone is on the effect during a call/ message without being harsh

friend 1:"yo, this dude over there, just kept talking about pokemon cards for about an hour with no one "
friend 2 : " his he on the nb effect?"
friend 1:yup
