Quintardify 

To quintardify means to catastrophize. Can also mean hoarding in excess, having extreme anxiety over insignificant details of life, total discombobulation in every area of life; clutteraholic, criticizing others in defense of one's own fault.

Joe needs to de-quintardify his attic.
