Pepe Negro 

Old Mexican Christmas tale that was told to children who didn’t behave. Pepe negro would break into children’s homes, and throw any child who misbehaved into his sack. It was then said that he would sell you into the underground world of child sex trafficking and you were never to be seen again.

Me: Man Pepe Negro sure did fuck me up as a kid.
Friend: Who? What the hell is a Pepe Negro?
Me: Boy do I have a story for you.

Pepe Negro 

A small person, usually of Hispanic descent. Can be found in smoky bars sipping on drinks while wearing stylish jackets. Often times will be heard saying "Fuck it" very loudly.

"Every time I come to this bar some Pepe Negro shows up."
