Just a shortened term for Bush and Ashcroft, or Bush and the rest of his cabinet.

My constitution class made this one up, one of the few things we did besides have flaming political arguments with the new kid in the class.

rushcrastinate

When someone procrastinated and didn't finish the job on time and then had to rush to get it finished.

I know my builder will rushcrastinate when he builds my house. Two years later: He took forever to build and then had to scramble to finish on time.
