When a ginger has horrific knotted up orange ass hairs aka dingleberries.

This is the by-product of dingle-berries being left behind, and the sweat from a vagina/ass crack mixing and mingling, altogether causing a foul stench in the area of the vagina. Most noticeable when hitting it from behind.
