when someone is on Percocet and unable to control sleep states and says things like "far out"

Pyrocleptic 

Someone who steals lighters. They light their smoke and then put your lighter into their pocket.

I wanted to smoke one but Amanda went pyrocleptic on my lighter again. She is such a hobo.
