Run. Run as fast as you can before she rips your already dead soul from your body. Phoebe's are almost always trying to kill themselves and everyone around them. Although she is reeeeaaaaaalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyy really dumb she will kill you... or yeet you off a bridge then yeet herself of that bridge shortly after your body submerges into the water.
