Mehndi (or mehendhi/henna) is used by people of the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East and parts of Africa. It's when you take mehendhi leaves, grind them and make a paste with water. You put them in a bag that looks like a piping bag and make designs on your hands or feet with them. It is very commonly used in weddings and celebrations, or just for fun!
