A man's balls, a pair of testicles. Can also be used as an expression of one's ego. (Can also be pronounced "gee-zahs" as if with a New York accent)

"'Ey Tony, did you see that fight yesterday between Frankie and Joey?"
"Yeah I saw, got him right in the geezers!"
"Oof, right in the geezers. They'll be swimmin' with the fishes tonight."
