Getting rs'd is a term used for when you automatically get the highest role with full perms on a discord server without going through any other role first only because the owner said so.

Normally because the owner is your brother/cousin.

Guy 1: Bruh, did the owner just promote that random dude?

Guy 2: Yeah, he rs'd guy 3.
