When a strange person hooks up with another person either equally or more weird then themselves. Often times one parter is dangerously obsessed with the other thereby making these relationships especially hard to escape from.

After escaping a long lilo and stitch relationship with Derek, Dawn had to change her name, grow a beard and leave town to secure her safety.
