Hexcited is being excited to the 6th degree of ecstasy. It's an overwhelming happiness to the penultimate degree. Beyond that level of happiness you will loose your sanity. The 7th degree is the limit of elasticity to remain same.

Comes across as someone with an accent saying excited but sounding Hexcited because of their extreme joy.

When Ben heard the news of winning the lottery, he was so hexcited he could have jumped into the road not caring if was knocked down by a trailer
