A golf shot of 150 yards or more where the player has convinced themselves that hitting the green is a realistic possibility.

Similar to puttable, except considerably more optimistic.

Original minimum qualifying distance was 180 yards. Following a decline in standards, the official threshold has since been reduced to 150 yards.
