A friend who is being particularily shitty or acting like an asshole.

Helen - "Sorry I couldn't make it, but did you and Carol have fun at the party last night?"

Susan - "I guess... but Carol is such a franus. 10 minutes after we show up, she got so drunk she barfed all over the appetizer table and then tried to make out with Sally's husband.

Helen - "Awesome. She's such franus sometimes."
