Amazon.com's elimination of gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, polyamorous, pagan and other books because they were "adult," while leaving pornography and hetero adult items ranked. When the public became outraged, they practiced evasiveness and obfuscation...and claimed it was a glitch.
