(hō-tahrd) A mixture of "hoe" and "retard" implying that a person is both promiscuous and stupid.

Jessica: "Did Tyler seriously sleep with Courtney?! Who knows how many diseases she has! Why would he do that?!"

Jesika: "Because he's a hotard."
