Rainshine is when there are clouds around in the sky but you see the sun and blue sky directly above you, and water is still dropping down from the sky on you.
You can still get wet on a nice day when it rainshines. It is often the case in the pacific northwest on the north american continent, that rainshine occurs between showers.
