This is the monetary unit of Albania, and, notably, a really badass word to play in Scrabble.

(Bob plays "DARK" on the scrabble board)
(Jill looks at her letters, notices "QAINGRM", and plays "QINDARKA" using the "DARK" played by Bob)
Bob: LOL Jill I challenge. That's not a word.
Jill: OK...
