An exogrunt is a desperate poor person who can barely speak the native language that lives economically in a foreign country by electronic means such as telephone, messaging, or video conference, but who's body physically resides in another country where they do not work. This is in contrast to an illegal immigrant that resides physically in the country where they work.
"Those damn exogrunt staffing company keep calling me. I would swear that people from india are running some type of secret police in the united states to steal all of the technology jobs and underpay the local professionals. People who don't physically live in the united states have no business working here over the phone lines clogging the arteries of free market and commence."
