Blowout 

A second-wind party held by Bi Kappa Psi fraternity at Ohio State involving large amounts of alcohol, drugs, and hazing. This event usually occurs very late at night when brothers and guests have returned from the bars and are most intoxicated.

Brother 1: Wow that blowout last night was intense..
Brother 2: Yeah I know, I can't believe someone got naked and stole a cornhole board and smashed it in the basement.
Brother 1: Yeah or when we waterboarded that guy..
Brother 2: Holy shit I totally forgot about that, I was so high.
