a long true means "Ah ok" but in a sarcastic way like "okay, that's BS".

Often used when you don't believe someone or care about what they're saying, but cbf saying anything.

Boy: "It might be hard for me to make it to yours tomorrow babe, I have to take care of the dogs and won't be home till late...(more excuses)."

Girl: "Trueee"
