“Laughing with cum in my ass”. It can be used for anything adding BIASW (but in a sad way), BIACW (but in a confused way), etc. Changing it to “CWCIMA” (crying with cum in my ass) is also valid. It can be anything, but with cum in your ass. (Replacing LMAO, LOL, ROFL, etc.)
