The Philharmonic is a sexual maneuver in which the man ejaculates on his partner's toes and then proceeds to play the harmonica on them. It is the primary cause of Gay Foot & Mouth Disease.

The Philharmonic, takes its name from a man by the name of Phil who was known for his leud behaviour.
