Stub 

What you call when you take the Cigarette equivalent of a Roach, a stubby, and then you proceed to take the tobacco out of it, and roll it into a proper cigarette, using one of the butts as a filter.

"Look, I got some rolling papers and I made myself a stub to smoke."
