A connoisseur is not someone who can eloquently describe a certain taste, but someone who has developed very specific preferred tastes.

After a hard day, the connoisseur leaned back to enjoy a piece of locally-produced, bean-to-bar chocolate, thinking "Damn, this is the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted!
