Widely considered to be the antithesis of "grinding one's gears", this describes the feelings of elation one might experience if a light layer of butter was to be deposited upon one's cheems. Alternatively, one could describe a lack of butter on one's cheems as a good thing.
Person 1: I just graduated, my cheems could not be more buttered right now.
Person 2: What??
