For when you gotta double check with someone about something, you use this word.
i.e when someone is really unsure and you want to be clear they chose something

i.e

mark: guess who's finally getting their powers?
omniman: are you sure?
mark: threw a trashbag, into space, at work.
omniman: are you sure?
