(ohhh) onomatopoeia; can be used in a variety of ways depending on how it's said. The length of the 'oowgh' determines the significance of the situation at hand.

1. used to express extreme happiness, joy, elation

2. used to express sorrow, remorse, sympathy

3. used to show admiration for something adorable
