A Person who is generally down to fuck with anybody and anything. This person usually prefers Asians and LGs. This Person usually gets a boner while listening to Asians and loves to drink tea.

Person 1 : See that guy over there?

Person 2 : Yeah I see him.

Person 1 : I saw him get a boner while talking to a little asian boy and afterwards drank tea.

Person 2 : Oh shit, he's a Rekhaizen.
