Some ghetto bitch, that swears up & down that they are the classiest person ever. Consisting of these character traits: loud, ugly, wears half shirts and clogs, and curly tracks with pink and/or red lip stick. Usually found in DC and/or Maryland. Usually makes blow fish faces in their pictures & are facebook stars

Shaquonda: " Oh, girllla.. I'm about to take the train to Gallery or wudeva and get me some more clogs & half shirts"

Jay: "Look at that ugly bitch."
