"Smoke 'n' Shit." Used when describing a break during work, where you go for a quick cigarette and a shit (not necessarily at the same time).

Employer: "I need you to finish that report."

Employee: "I will, after a quick sns break."

Employer: "Oh shit, I'm jealous."
