An egirl is often a person originating from the gender of female. They are often found playing video games all day, such as minecraft and have fringes. A clear sign of spotting an egirl is when they say they aren’t an egirl and have to try and prove it in order to save the little dignity they have. E girl is derived from the Scottish word simp and the Zimbabwean word courgette.
