Cece is a very adorable girl. She’s friends with everybody, unless you’re a negative person who brings others down. She’s very positive and uplifting, a great friend for sure. She’s always there for you when you need her and she’ll give you the best advice. Even if you haven’t talked to Cece ever, she’ll make you feel like you’ve known her for years.
