Dingenuous 

When someone is so stupid they're basically an oxygen thief. An elevated form of stupid, beyond your usual idiot or moron, and usually one that believes itself to be a super genius of some sort. From a misspelling of "disingenuous."

"That Flat Earth guy is the most dingenuous person I know."
