snowblowing

During the winters of upstate New York when the wind is blowing snow all around, and at the same time snow is also falling from the sky.

Stacey:Hey is it snowing or is it just blowing all around?
Kelsey:Actually it's doing both.
Stacey:Oh so it's snowblowing!
