1. Usually referring to motor vehicles that have graphics or stickers, implying an elevated level of performance. Often describes import or Japanese cars with little or no horsepower improvements otherwise. See also "Rice".
2. An internet-based company that sells said stickers.

That Honda seems track ready but its just stickercharged.
