gunario

a much more severe form of gohnorrhea, when the gross mucousy shit becomes a dark greenish color, and can sometimes shoot out of the penis/vag with amazing force. this can cause people to look like they have majorly jizzed themselves, or even knock them backwards.

Holy shit i caught gunario from that whore i met at the mcdonalds bathroom in panama last week!
