Typically used to describe a girl who while drinking becomes extremely upset and causes drama which results in crying and screaming.

sarah: "did you see rebecca last night.. she totally threw a fit"

laura: "ugh, yes! Honestly i have a hard time partying with those girls.. they are SUCH drama drinkers"
