noun. verbal slang (Slow Jerk and Ball Rub) hand job
An acronym used primarily by young men, usually as a joke, to tell their friends that they are grateful for a favor and that they will repay them one way or another.

"Thanks a lot for the tickets to the show Jeff, I'll repay you later with a S.J.B.R."

"Good job at the game today everybody. As a token of my gratitude, S.J.B.R's are on the house!"
