a dodgy wee backstreet belfast boys who tries to rob old people and steal things from ur bin. He originates from outer mongolia where he learnt his slippery tactics of stealing and sliding about the backstreets. Legend has it that he has never had a bath or shower before and he is flea infested.
Dont approach him because he will steal everything off u even ur clothes and try to hump ur dog.
