Trying so hard go do something right, but yet doing everything wrong

1) Joey had an open net for the game winner, but he totally boofed it... Joey sucks!!!
2) Wow, Claudia totally boofed her presentation. I thought she would have gotten better after last time... “nah I think she’s just a loser”
