this is another word for drug abuser that has obvious symptoms of drug use from appearence or if their world revolves around the use of drugs that are harmful to them and will do anything to get there hands on drugs like steal money from family to buy that drug e.g crack heads

crack head: excuse me do you want to buy this ipod touch for £40

drug dealer: yo il give a gram of crack for that

crack head: ok sir, deal

drug dealer: hahahaha you bitty
