A touchbuddy is another word for "friends with benefits" but lower on the intensity scale...

"Why is she sitting on his lap and playing with his hands?" (asks the one person)

"Oh, they're touchbuddies! You didn't know?" (answers the other person)

"I didn't know there was a thing such as a touchbuddy." (says the one guy)
