Traditional Indian slang referring to one who is American but is still fobby by way of watching/listening to too many Bollywood movies/songs. Over time, definition has evolved to a person who has qualities of clumsiness and has odd likes (eg: fascination with midgets).

Person 1: That girl is cute.
Person 2: Her? Dude, she's snorting and dancing to Bollywood music. She's a total gudiya.
