A student of the Northeast Kings Educational Centre. The NKEcer tends to have no school spirit, and is proud of it. They also tend to be hostile towards Horton High School and eachother.

Used when something very, very bad, (or even somewhat bad.) could come of a situation; A much quoted line from an NKECer Global History film.

"I think I'm going to steal the Horton Mascot."

A person willing tot ake copius amounts of abuse from his or her graduating class.
